NCL LG100-I Two Component Rapid Curing Injection Grout

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
NCL LG100-I SYSTEM is a Rapid Curing Two-part Polyurethane Injection Grout designed for sealing underground leaks especially cutting off high-flow underground water ingress, void-filling, soil stabilization and densification, encapsulates and consolidates loosed ground in water-bearing geological formation as well as other waterproofing and ground improvement purposes.

The curing profile and density of NCL LG100-I SYSTEM is customizable, it can be fine-tuned based on site condition and special requirements. Generally, NCL LG100-I is injected behind underground concrete structure as curtain grouting material to stop water infiltration and it can be directly injected into soil to improve ground condition.

COMPOSITION
NCL LG100-I SYSTEM is a Two-part Polyurethane Injection Resin which consists of Part A – Resin/Base and Part B – Hardener. Part A and Part B are mixed to form hydrophobic rigid and tough closed-cell Polyurethane Grout.

INJECTION PROCESS
Twin-line Injection Process:
Feed twin-line injection machine (1:1 ratio by volume) with Part A and Part B separately. Inject material through the injection gun equipped with static mixer into ground/void or behind structure to be sealed.

FINAL PRODUCT
Once mixed, the injection grout reacts rapidly to form hydrophobic closed-cell rigid and tough polyurethane foam. When the mixed material is injected into water-bearing stratum behind structure, the grout foams and displace water then seal leaking structure and consolidate loose ground.

STORAGE & HANDLING

It is recommended to keep container tightly closed in a cool (20 - 25°C), dry and well-ventilated place. Partly used drums/pails should be properly sealed to prevent ingress of moisture. To increase the material life expectancy, partially used drum/pail can be filled with nitrogen gas and sealed tightly to prevent contamination. When the material is stored properly, the shelf life is approximately twelve (12) months from the production date.

WASTE DISPOSAL
Waste disposal should be in accordance with all applicable local and national regulations. Kindly check with the local authorities on proper disposal method. Empty drums/pails should be punctured to clear the content. Care must be taken to prevent environmental contamination from the use of this material.

HEALTH & SAFETY
  • Ingestion: Do not induce vomiting. Treat symptomatically and get medical attention immediately.
  • Inhalation: Remove from exposure. If there is any difficulty in breathing, get medical attention immediately.
  • Skin Contact: Remove contaminated clothing. Immediately flush affected area thoroughly with mild soap and water.
  • Eye Contact: Immediately flood eyes with plenty of water for a minimum of 15 minutes holding the eyes open.
